"My house was on the market for one and half years with another company, It was a very uncomfortable situation. I knew that I needed to change realtors but how!!? The house being in Kerrville, Texas and me in the Sierra Mountains!! So I started my realtor search on the net. I searched all of Kerrville, Texas!
Then I found a realtor by the name of Ron Hackett. I emailed him a letter describing my situation. Ron returned an email to me. And that started the conversations with my house rolling! Ron Hackett was a dream to work with He returned calls He admitted when he didn't know an answer and persued the answer He was on time for all appointments He kept in touch with the seller's agent as the transaction progressed If nothing was happening he would call to check on us
We had a poor experience with the actual mortgage processors but this in no way was reflected on Ron. The mortgage processors had some internal office problems which were out of anyone's control. He did however call their supervisor on one occasion and got the ball rolling again.
We appreciate everything that Ron did to help us and know that we could not have chosen a better realtor to help us in finding our new home..
